President Muhammadu Buhari received in audience on Sunday 20 January 2019 his staff as Military Head of State, who paid him visit at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.

They included the former Emir of Gwandu, Kebbi State, Alhaji Mustapha Jokolo, who was the President’s ADC during the military era, Alake of Egba Land Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, who was Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Chief of Staff Supreme Headquarters, Brigadier General Tunde Idiagbon, the Ubandoman Daura, Alhaji Lawal Aliyu, who as Private Secretary to the Head of State during his military regime among others.

The Sunday night visit was termed a reunion of ex-staff members in the 1984-85 military administration of the Muhammadu Buhari.

During the visit, Alake of Egba Land Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, who was Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Chief of Staff Supreme Headquarters, presented the President with a gift on behalf of the former staff of the President’s military era.

Joining the President in receiving the ex-staff included the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Boss Mustapha, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, among other top government functionaries.
