Ebony Live TV boss, Mo Abudu have revealed that the sensational movie ‘Fifty’ which made a great impact in Nigerian box offices will soon be unveiled as drama series on TV.
With a huge success made so far by the film ‘Fifty’, coupled with massive demand from audience for continuity, the executive producer of the film has deemed it right to whet the appetite of ever increasing Nigerian box office crooners to have it in full. The film ‘Fifty’ has garnered much commentary like it ended abrupt without sequel to hold on to. And as a result, the producer is set to serialize it to have a full sense of appreciation and reckoning. “The film will be hitting TV screens as a drama series in seasons which hopeful will be unveiled 3rd quarter of next year 2017”, said Mo.
Revealing this in Lagos, during a selected media premiere of ‘Sons of The Caliphate” another sensation TV drama series on the platform of Ebony Live TV, Abudu said: “Fifty has made a lot of impact in cinemas and it is a success story. So we decide to put it into series with a lot of package that will be so interesting. A lot of fans were of the opinion that the movie ended abruptly and we decided to satisfy our great fans with the creation of TV drama series of it.”
“Fifty” featured top Nollywood actresses like Iretiola Doyle, Nse Ikpe Etim, Dakore Egbosun Akande, Omoni Oboli among others.
