*Says same people who made Nigeria hard wishing Buhari dead

By Kemi Kasumu

Special Adviser on Political Matters to the President, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, said on Saturday that in about 13 months, Ekiti State people would be visiting the state governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, in prison yard due to what he described as the level of his corruption in office hiding under immunity.

Ojudu, who made this bold statement during a get-together, he organized for APC leaders and members in Ekiti State at his Iworoko Road residence, Ado-Ekiti, seized the opportunity afforded him by the occasion to tell Nigerian people that things were hard now because the Goodluck Jonathan administration emptied the treasury and destroyed the system.

He however appealed to the people that, although the rogues that stole the country dry don’t want to be brought to book but that, Buhari is bent on making sure that things get better and “the time for things to get better is near and it is this 2017.”

Ojudu addressing the get together said “We know that things are hard in Nigeria but things will be better. Don’t shake at all because the time that things will be better has come.

“I must also tell you here that things are hard because the Jonathan government we took power from had emptied and destroyed everything before he vacated office for us.

“The people that destroyed our economy and ate up our money are the same people who are wishing Buhari dead. Imagine in the news this Saturday morning that one single person in Jonathan’s government was reported to have bought a single house in a bush for $37.5 million.

“But Buhari says enough is enough, this stealing is enough and must stop’ and for that reason they want him dead at all cost. What do they think that Buhari stands to gain from ruling Nigeria if not that he wants to govern for our lives and lives of our children to get better?  His children have finished in schools. All that he is doing is because of us. So, Buhari and APC will make things better soon by God’s grace nd that process has started now.  Be patient with us,” Ojudu said.

On Ekiti politics, Ojudu said it is finished for Governor Ayodele Fayose.

He said, ” Fayose is gone. Only him alone bought 10 houses in Lagos in one year. We will go to poll,
sack him from office and then take him to Aro in Abeokuta. That is where he belongs.  He is none issue at all. He is even gone.  In 13 months time you will go and say hello to Fayose in prison yard.
“Haba! How can somebody take $35 million dollar, change it and go to hide it and people of Ekiti are hungry?  Whatever power Fayose has to try, occultism or whatever, he will go. We will sack him and that is it. Whoever wants to tell him, I am sending you to go and tell him that he’s gone.”
As for APC in Ekiti, the Presidential Adviser said, “all the leaders are together. Whether it is Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo, Engr. Segun Oni, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, all of us are together.  Support us as one united force so that together we can sack that man Fayose or whoever he presents from office coming 2018.”

In her own address, Deputy  Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC), Ekiti State, Mrs Kemi Olaleye, urged members not to segregate among APC leaders in the state. “You can see that Otunba Niyi Adebayo had called us to a get-together where we all ate and drank. Engr. Segun Oni did same. Our leader, Dr. Kayode Fayemi had called us to get together where we also ate and drank. Today it is Senator Babafemi Ojudu another great leader of ours, who has also invited us here to eat, drink and we are eating, drinking and rejoicing even you can see Engr. Segun Oni also came around with us here in Ojudu’s house.  We can now all see that our leaders are together and we are all together behind them,” the APC senior official said.
