Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, governors of All Progressives Congress, APC, as well as members of the National Assembly led by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, are among those expected at Friday’s flag off of the campaign of the APC governorship candidate for the November 18 election in Anambra State, Dr. Tony Nwoye.
Addressing reporters in Awka, Deputy Director General of Tony Nwoye Campaign Organisation, Chief Azuka Okwuosa, said national officers of the party and many captains of industry would also attend the flag off, which is expected to take place at the All Saints Cathedral field, Onitsha.
He said the flag off would mark the beginning of the process for the takeover of Anambra State Government House by the APC in March next year.
