In what he described as “a blast from the not-too-distant past”, Chief Femi Adesina has appreciated an accidental visit by the Senior Manager, Internal Audit of The Sun Newspaper, Pastor Johnson Ogwumike, who stopped by to see him at the State House, on Thursday.

Ogwumike, who was said to have been in Abuja to attend the annual conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), may have remembered the good days he had with Adesina, who was Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of The Sun Newspapers, till he was appointed by President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, on May 31, 2015 as his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.

“What a delightful reunion, after about three-and-a-half years!  Thanks bros for looking in.  It was pleasant going down memory lane,” Femi Adesina said in comment regarding the visit, which he posted on his Facebook wall on Thursday.
