The Vice Chancellor of University of Ilorin Prof. AbdulGaniyu Ambali, has commended The DEFENDER, a Nigeria’s online newspaper committed to defending the truth and national integrity, describing it as truly investigative.
Prof. Ambali made this commendation in a message to the media organisation, on Thursday.
The vibrant university administrator sent forward his words after having observed the reporting style of the media outfit for a period of time and said “Thanks The DEFENDER.”
The UNILORIN VC said, “I have come to realise that few people within the men of the pen can be relied upon when it comes to telling a story the way it is exactly. The DEFENDER is definitely one of them.
“They practice investigative journalism and report the truth and nothing but the truth. Keep your hall mark, Nigeria needs people like you,” the Vice Chancellor sent a word of encouragement to the media outfit.
